Whirlpool Duet front loader - Musty mildew odor? - odor musty mildew front loader

I spoke to someone at Sears and they told me it was a common problem with front-loading washers and recommend to remove a number of pills per month, "" the smell. Has anyone experience of smelling a constant shape / mold?

Yes, that's what you need.

Otherwise, read the manual and see if they recommend a cycle without clothes and disinfect a certain amount of money or other cleaner /.

It is a joint event with front-loading washers is by design that uses as little water as the machine can be configured. A little water is often caught and is not completely empty after the spin.

Yes, running a useless and empty-cons seems intuitive that the energy and water saving idea, but you save a lot of water and electricity, compared to a conventional washing machine, which is contradictory.

Common problem with front load washers, used perhaps because of the amount of water for washing clothes and the excessive use of detergents.

Bleach or vinegar can (through a cup or two created without clothing), and cheaper to life than what you buy in the shops. Use less detergent and wash in hot water can also help.

The same on my computer / same type as well. Now I always use liquid fabric softener in every wash that was helped very much, but I also discovered that if you break the rubber sector through the front door of the plane) (after using the washing machine, the smell is not there; to go than to reuse next time the machine. The water seems to be in this area, not much, but I think quite moldy if not cleaned the dishes. I hope you too!

I had this problem and I tried bleach and vinegar, and has helped but not completely eliminate the odor. I have a washing powder to get rid of the smell completely.

Another good cleaner is a refreshing bottle of 2 liters of white vinegar to the machine and run it through a normal wash cycle (without clothes of course!)

Check the key of the door, you can sometimes stinky. Otherwise, I agree with the proposals of the vinegar.
